The breakfast here is fantastic, especially for vegans, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful and overlooked city. The breakfast offered plenty of lovely meals. The superior twin room was functional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was willing to help throughout my stay. Amazing service was provided too. The location was marvellous and beautiful, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ao Show. There was an affordable restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door.

The property is exceptionally clean and true luxury. Nicely decorated & top quality room, a lounge and a safe in there. Incredibly professional staff with knowledge of the place. Comfortable and the best location in particularly good area, next to major sights, many restaurants to choose from and easily walkable for a night stroll to-and-from dinner, and almost all the main attractions and shopping centres. Simply no reason to complain, very very good stay...

I was impressed by how clean my room was thanks to the incredibly helpful staff, the room had all the amenities, and the location was both wonderful and peaceful compared to the central area.

The staff here are incredibly polite, and you can enjoy beautiful views of the sunset and the city from this central location where everything is excellent, with Hoa Tuc being a great lunch spot nearby.

The proximity to all major facilities and shopping. All transport including shuttle service available. Restaurants in hotel were excellent, as were the nearby eateries.Staff all helpful and had good english.

Overall really good service and location. In Room Check in was great, and suited me perfectly Concierge was really helpful. It was a nice touch that the manager came to see me off on departure.

If one pays the extra cost for an airport transfer, I would expect the Airport Rep to be waiting rather than the guest waiting for the rep. Staff need to be a bit more "human" with the guest and not avoid interaction. Especially in the F&B outlets (apart from the lounge, service was great there) Also the old printer in the reception should be changed, it makes a horrible noise and it disturbs the whole ambiance of the lobby area. The operator, needs to have a better English understanding, i repeated myself 3/4 times and then gave up with one of my requests. on other occasions it was good though.

The staff at Sofitel Saigon Plaza was super-friendly and amazingly polite. Free wake-up service and ironing were offered by the hotel. - the location, just a 10-15 minute walk from an expansive museum, was marvelous. - I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping area nearby.

the pool was closed one evening because of a private event taking place around the pool. As it was the reason we chose this hotel, we were not happy.

The rooftop pool was a great escape from the bussle of Saigon.

We were happy with our stay, but thought our room could have used a little bit of a facelift. The carpet had seen better days.

The hotel's central location was very convenient, close to the central post office and other points of interest. the staff was very helpful during our 5-night stay. - We really liked the comfortable beds in our rooms.

At the restaurant, the breakfast was extensive with a nice view. The location of the hotel was wonderful, particularly in the Mezz restaurant.
